Before the first session, you will complete a brief questionnaire about how you experience life. This will help you observe changes in your daily life.
Your trainer will attach tiny sensors on your scalp and ears to pick up sensitive electrical activity of your brain. This is painless and non-invasive. You will also insert a pair of headphones to use during the session.
You will sit in a comfortable chair and your trainer will start the training. Music will play for about 33 minutes. During this time you may notice small pauses in the music. These pauses are timed to give your brain information about how it is functioning which is all it needs to be able to reorganize itself to begin functioning more optimally. You don't have to do anything special during the training. You can read, talk, watch a movie, or rest.
Because of the non-invasive nature of the training, it is unlikely that you will feel any side effects after the training.
The self reporting questionnaire helps you monitor your progress. Everyone has different goals and needs. We ask that you complete the questionnaire approximately every 10 sessions to monitor your progress. Most people achieve the results they are looking for in 20 to 30 sessions.
