I, like you, was looking for new ways to manage stress and cope better with life's challenges.  I stumbled upon neurofeedback in September of 2023.  After doing some research about the types of neurofeedback and what it could offer me, I decided to try it and see if 20 sessions would do anything to change my life.  I rented a Neuroptimal machine and, over the course of a month, completed over 20 sessions.  What I discovered was life changing.  I was sleeping better.  My emotions didn't take over my life.  I was managing stress better.  I had an easier time just getting things done.  I was more productive at work.  After 3 years, I continue to use neurofeedback once or twice a month.  Life continually tosses new challenges my way.  Neurofeedback helps keep my brain functioning at its best.  I sleep better, work better, play better, and feel better when I use neurofeedback.
